Basic Element (Normal)
Where the basic element is created from the back panel and sheet metal angles
Because the back panel is glued into the sheet metal angle composite, we get help from a robot to apply the glue. The adhesive is applied to the back panel and the sheet metal angle composite is placed by hand. This creates a very stable and durable base element or back panel. We have experimented for many years to find a glue that is easy to work with, sticks strongly enough and is free of harmful substances. Finally we found one for us and are very happy with the results.
In the end, we check each basic element and only when everything fits do we glue on a real wool felt as a wall spacer, which leaves no traces on the panel even after decades.
Patrik also designed and built our machines himself. They are better than anything you can buy - absolutely ingenious.

I have been working here since the autumn of 1992. Because my father worked for the company HALBE for many years, I also wanted to get to know the company. In my time I was already responsible for the accessories, I finished the orders in the final assembly and for many years I have been responsible for the basic elements. In every department I have always been aware of the importance of cleanliness, tidy work, collegiality and respectful cooperation. The company parties and outings are especially nice, they are simply something unique. My favourite frame is almost museum-ready, it's a Classic Alu 8 in bronze standard, which must be 40 years old and still looks as good as new.
We are Bärbel and Dagmar. We are the link between the back panel and the sheet metal angle. Because we connect the two elements to a basic element for Classic, Distance and Display magnetic frame. All other components of the frame are based on our work.

I've been part of the team since spring 1996 - it was a stroke of luck that I discovered the ad in the newspaper. From the beginning, my area of responsibility was the basic elements department and, on a temporary basis, final assembly. But these two stations taught me important values concerning our products. Working in the respective department, the strong cohesion and laughing together mean a lot to me. My favourite frames by far are the photo frame, because they are versatile.
