Made to measure from the frame to the packaging
I am Sebastian and the master of small items. Whether nail, glass cleaner, angled hook, stainless steel or perlon rope, everything goes through my hands first. My orderliness in the warehouse is particularly important to me, after all, you don't want to waste valuable time looking for spare parts. However, before we add a new product to our range, we put it through its paces and only when we ourselves are satisfied and convinced do we sell it.

I've been working here since 2011, first as a temp for drawings and die-cutting and since 2013 I'm a permanent employee. This day was one of the most beautiful moments for me. Working on the saw, on the basic elements, on the wood, on the packaging plotter, on programming and drawing made me realize how much care and accuracy matter. My favourite frames are two wooden frames 10 with the dimensions 210x297mm in walnut nature and Alu 8 in silver.
I'm Simon and I take care of the custom packaging, because our frames are as versatile as our customers. That's why I cut individual, custom-fit and reclosable packaging for every frame - even custom-made ones. Our packaging is all developed in-house. A CNC-controlled cutting plotter is used for precise cutting and creasing. Waste is optimally nested for optimum material utilisation. We continue to use the paper scraps as padding material for shipping. What makes us particularly happy is the fact that many customers also use the packaging for years to store or transport the frames.

I've been with HALBE since August 2023, but it feels like much longer because my mother Dagmar has been working here for many years. So far I have worked in the sheet metal and wood department, on the ignition and the aluminum saw. It's important to me to do my tasks with concentration and dedication. Some of the fun and special moments are when you can have fun with your colleagues despite the hard work. At home, I have CLASSIC frames in 210 x 210 mm and 210 x 297 mm format in wood or aluminum. But my absolute favorite frames are definitely wooden frames.
