Passepartout/Framing
We put the focus on your picture
Furthermore, we also take care of the framing of your works. To get a picture well positioned behind the passepartout cutout, the passepartout should cover the sheet all around 5mm. You can find our knowledge as a tip here in the knowledge area.

I have been part of the team since 1998. I have gained my many years of experience in final assembly, bending sheet metal, assembling basic elements and, at the moment, in service. I attach particular importance to fun at work, a good working atmosphere, customer satisfaction and attentiveness. I do not have a special favourite frame, because all HALBE-frames, as different as they are, are timeless, elegant and enhance every picture for me.
We are Lilli and Tim. In our department it becomes filigree. Because we cut your passe-partouts and background cartons from the best acid-free and age-resistant Klug cardboard to the millimetre. Absolute care and accuracy are extremely important to us. We check every sheet and, if necessary, rework small errors. After all, paper is also a natural product with its own character, just like our wooden strips. When mounting the passe-partout we pay attention to a conservational, flawless execution. Adhesions and changes to the picture must be avoided. Thus our cardboard - in museum quality - can protect works for decades.

I have been working here since December 2007. My door opener was my mother and my relatives, who mentioned here that I was looking for a new job. At that time they were actually looking for someone, so I got a call asking me if I was interested and that's how I came here. I have worked in accessories, in the basic elements professional and now the service, where I personally attach great importance to accuracy and cleanliness. But customer satisfaction is also very important to me and I am very interested when it comes to being well acquainted with all the products at our company. Only in this way can I provide the best possible advice in the field of art framing. In this way, a Classic Alu 8 in black has become my favourite.
