This set consists of two Classic magnetic frames in 400 x 500 mm format incl. inlaid passepartout in white. The passe-partout cut-out of 290 x 390 mm is ideal for a photo print in A3 format or 30 x 40 cm. The passe-partout can of course also be removed - so there is space for a picture in 4:5 format in the picture frame.

Framing and use

The HALBE Classic was the first frame to be developed for magnetic opening and closing. This means that flat works on paper can be inserted from the front. Without any slipping or tools. Whether drawing, photo, print or document - framing and changing is always quick and precise. The even glass edge printing directly on the picture or on a passe-partout ensures that works of art lie perfectly flat.

Hanging and securing

For quick and secure hanging in landscape or portrait format, the picture frame has one or three hanging holes at the back on all four sides - depending on the size. This means it can be attached directly to the wall or to ropes at one or two points. To protect the wall and allow air to circulate, four felt dots in the corners maintain the distance.

Profile: Alu 8

The right-angled Alu 8 profile is the classic in the HALBE range: narrow and angular, for a linear and timeless picture frame. For presentation in an aluminum frame, Alu 8 has been the bestseller since the invention of the HALBE magnetic frame.

Color: silver matt or black matt

The classic aluminum frame below: Silver matt, also known as natural matt, puts the picture in the spotlight and usually blends in unobtrusively with the picture's surroundings. Black picture frames are also extremely popular and are indispensable in the field of framing and interior design: the framing of a picture as a boundary to its surroundings could not be clearer or more distinct.

Glass: matt/glossy white glass or anti-reflective museum glass Artglass AR 70

Our price/performance tip: The very finely frosted white glass on one side reduces reflections to a minimum while maintaining a high level of contour sharpness. It can be used either glossy or with an anti-reflective effect. The Artglass AR 70 museum glass is regarded as the original among anti-reflective picture glasses. The glass is almost invisible and color-neutral like white glass. Reflections are reduced by means of an optical interference coating on the glass surface, ensuring absolutely perfect contour sharpness.

Dimension: 400 x 500 mm

One of the most common picture frame sizes among the standard formats with a 4:5 ratio. Suitable for framing with and without passe-partout in the smaller format segment.
