FRAMING JERSEYS - THE PERFECT CHOICE FOR EVERY FAN
In World Cup fever - mount jerseys in jersey frame
To match the World Cup, we at HALBE offer you a special frame in which you can present your jerseys perfectly. The framing of a jersey is a creative way to express your enthusiasm for sports. Of course not only football jerseys can be presented in a picture frame, but also ice hockey or handball jerseys will find their place in such a jersey frame. The assembly by special magnets is very easy - no pins that damage your jersey. The unique magnetic frame principle by HALBE, with which every frame is equipped, makes assembly even easier. The use of a 90x90 cm DISTANCE magnetic frame offers the advantage that the glass pane does not rest directly on the jersey and it is thus protected perfectly. We will show you below how to mount your jersey quickly and easily in the jersey frame.
Tools:
- steel ruler
Here's how it works:
1. Preparation
Get all necessary utensils ready for assembly and open the frame.
2. Open
Then carefully remove the four distance strips and the transport protection elements as well as the glass pane underneath from the base element.
3. Insert distance strips
Now insert the four distance strips back into the basic element. Note that the end of each distance strip is located on an outer edge of the base element and then push it against each other with light pressure to ensure a perfect fit.

7. Adjust magnets
A metal sheet, which is mounted behind the back wall cardboard in the frame, makes it fully magnetic, which makes it easier to iron out wrinkles in the jersey and makes assembly with the magnets a breeze. Your jersey is perfectly protected as there is no need to use pins.
8. Attach magnets
Place the neodymium magnets between the layers of the jersey rather than on top, as this will give a more beautiful result and invisible hold. Start by attaching two magnets to the underside of the jersey.
Tip
Usually you need a set of 10 magnets, which is included in the purchase. To achieve an even more secure hold, you can also buy another set of 10 magnets as replacement.
4. Place jersey
Place the jersey in the desired position in the picture frame. Tip: Iron to achieve a particularly smooth result.

5. Aligning
Now align the jersey. Use a steel ruler for a more accurate result and measure the exact position by measuring the distance to the outer edges from the sleeves.

6. Smoothing
In the next step, pull the jersey smoothly again to place the magnets ideally.

Accessories:
- Jersey frame
- Neodymium magnets (already 10 pcs. included)

Tip
For a firmer hold, position two more magnets in the middle of the jersey. In our example we just use ten magnets for this type of mounting.
10. Place the glass on top
Now place the glass back on the distance strips. For our jersey frame we offer normal glass as well as scratch-resistant Plexiglas. Normal glass provides a low-priced variant, whereas Plexiglas is recommended, if the jersey is provided with signatures worth protecting, since it offers a high UV protection.
11. Framing
Now place the glass back on the distance strips. For our jersey frame we offer normal glass as well as scratch-resistant Plexiglas. Normal glass offers a favourable variant, whereas Plexiglas is recommendable, if the jersey is provided with worth protecting signatures, since it offers a high UV protection.
9. Fix the jersey
Attach two more magnets to the neckline, plus a total of four magnets in the sleeves (two on each side).

12. Done
This mounting method offers the best possibility of framing your jersey and it is an absolute eye-catcher. Of course you can also frame other objects besides jerseys. For example baby clothes or souvenirs from your last holiday will find their place in this frame. Thus you have an infinite number of other uses for your jersey frame.
