Insert flat in DISTANCE magnetic frame
The mounting in the distance frame is a simple, but smart way of framing. There is a distance between the glass and the picture surface to protect the picture and/or to achieve a special depth effect. The picture has the same dimensions as the picture frame itself and the glass does not rest on the object due to our DISTANCE magnetic frame.

This type of mounting is suitable for:
This type of mounting is ideal for flat paper work with or without sensitive surfaces. For example for prints, photos, certificates, posters, chalk drawings and pastel drawings. But also for pictures with uneven colour application in the middle, for example oil paintings on cardboard, because these works have a special conservation requirement.

Here's how it works:
1. Prepare
Open your picture frame, take out the distance strips and put everything within reach. For protection during transport, the glass is placed under the distance strips as it is delivered.
2. Insert image
Now insert the image into the basic element. As a little tip: it is best to hold and lift the paper diagonally. In this way you avoid creases in your image.
3. Clean
Use the hand brush to carefully remove dust and debris from your image.
7. Insert glass
Now place your glass on the distance strips.
8. Wipe
Use the cleaning cloth to remove dust and fingerprints from the glass to keep your artwork in view.
9. Put on the frame
The frame can be put on again and you only have to press it lightly, because the picture frame closes magnetically.
4. Insert distance strips
Replace the distance strips in the basic element. Note that the end of each distance strip is located on an outer edge of the basic element.
5. Push the distance strips together
Push the distance strips against each other with light pressure.
6. Perfect fit
By pushing the distance strips together, a gap-free corner is created and guarantees a perfect fit.
