Advantages:

White glass has a very good display and image brilliance. Its versatility makes it a highly recommended all-round glass - if UV protection or conservation properties are not required.

Optics:

White glass is characterized by very good colour rendering. The incomparable transparency - without color distortion - brings out the best in works of art.

Finishes:

The white glass is available in glossy (glass 5) or matt/glossy (glass 6). The anti-reflective glass is very finely frosted and therefore - compared to other frosted glasses - has significantly better contour sharpness and contrasts.

Structure:

The 3.0 millimeter thick white glass is made from chemically pre-treated quartz sand and a green tint is avoided by removing iron oxide.

Note:

Due to its low protection against UV light, white glass is not recommended for conservation framing.

Cleaning:

White glass is insensitive and can be easily cleaned with water or commercially available glass cleaner.
