Interstitial Spaces – Canvas for Home
The photo exhibition Interstitial Spaces – Canvas for Home by Steffen Hampe at the Gelsenkirchen Justice Center as part of Szeniale 2024 interpreted the theme of interstitial spaces.
The exhibition invited visitors to see Gelsenkirchen from a new perspective and to consciously perceive transitions, contrasts, and connections. These elements shape the city and reveal the dynamic between past and present. Steffen Hampe, known for his gallery emscherstrand, dedicates his photographs to the multifaceted urban landscape of Gelsenkirchen.
