Orientation guide in the retirement home
For the Hofmatt old age and nursing home we produced an individual series of solid wood magnetic frames to special specifications and the designs of Neeser & Müller from Basel. The "Signaletik" (Signal Ethics) concept comprises a special sign with frame-terse wood panelling and laser engraving, a Classic magnetic frame for the favourite photograph of each resident as well as a matching small-format picture frame for each name.

No easy task, professionally implemented by Digitalwerkstatt Basel: As "filling" our HALBE magnetic frames were equipped with a precious woodveneer plate, which is easy to install thanks to the magnetic frame principle. Matching the cross-section of the special wooden rail 13/24 the veneered boards were delivered in advance and inserted on site after lasering, instead of the picture and glass.
Screwed to the wall, easily exchangeable
All three magnetic frame types were equipped with our BS 3 picture lock . The advantage: The picture frames are hung according to the layout, securely and with millimetre precision. With our smaller formats, exchanging the contents is as easy as can be, thanks to our magnetic frame system.
Nice notion: Everyone can choose their favourite photo.
For spatial orientation in the building, the selected photo can be found next to each room door in addition to the name of the resident and the respective room designation. The result is a lively design of the corridors and easy recognition of one's own room at the same time.
