Competent advice right from the start
Before we pass on your order to our production department, we check it carefully to make sure that everything fits together and that we have all the information we need. If there are no queries from us, we send you a confirmation email and pass the order on to production. This process is mainly paperless, also because sustainability is very important to us. Therefore, you will also receive the invoice by mail. If something does go wrong in the meantime, we solve the problem as quickly as possible and contact you if necessary.
Since we value personal contact with our customers very much, you can meet us at one of numerous trade fairs and events and have the opportunity to get to know us and our products better. You can find more detailed information about our trade fair appearances on our homepage.
Lisa
I have been with the company since August 2013. I started with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, during which I got to know all the stations in the company and office. My current area of responsibility is customer service, where I can put my knowledge from all other areas to good use. What is most important to me is good communication with customers and colleagues as well as variety. My favourite frame is a photo frame, which sits on my desk. Because it's so practical, I can easily change the picture after each holiday.

Jasmin
I have been working for HALBE in Customer Service since 2022. I became aware of the company through a job advertisement that immediately appealed to me. Customer satisfaction and customer-oriented work are very important to me. But I also attach great importance to quality, which you can feel not only in our frames, but also in my dealings with customers and colleagues. My absolute favorite frame is an aluminum frame in black. I have a 910 x 910 mm frame with an art print hanging at home. My favorite moments are conversations with Okan. He always has a crazy story up his sleeve.
Okan
I have been in the team since 2017 through the recommendation of an acquaintance. In my daily work, customer satisfaction and good on-site advice play a big role for me, because here you can approach customers and their needs in a completely different way. I am fascinated every day by the crazy artists, willful gallery owners, renowned customers and exciting exhibitions. My favourite of the frames is undoubtedly the Classic.
Jens
I have been with the company HALBE since 1995. Already during my studies I worked here part-time, then Heinrich HALBE needed support in marketing and so I had my first permanent job. Since David Halbe joined the company in 2015 he has been primarily responsible for marketing, and I switched to product management. I'm motivated by our products, the team spirit and the fun at work - which we don't miss out on. My absolute favorite frame is only 65x65mm, really the smallest among the big ones. A Classic in silver matt with Mirogard and passepartout. The frame was a wedding present from work colleagues, it displays a photo of my wife and I, at the barbecue in my parents' garden. I still have no idea how the colleagues got the picture, but this miniature magnetic frame has its place of honour ever since.
Melvin
I've been with HALBE since August 2020. I started with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, during which I got to know all the departments in the company and the office. My current area of responsibility is Customer Service, where I can put my knowledge from the other areas to good use. Above all, clear communication with customers and colleagues and customer satisfaction are very important to me. My favorite frame is a distance frame, because it makes it easy to frame 3D objects and gives them a special look. My highlight of the year is always the company outings, where you come into contact with colleagues in a different way.
