Competent advice right from the start
Before we pass your order on to our production department, we check it carefully to ensure that everything matches and that we have all the information we need. If we have no queries, we send you a confirmation email and pass the order on to production. This process is mainly paperless, partly because sustainability is very important to us. You will therefore also receive the invoice by email. If something does go wrong in the meantime, we will solve the problem as quickly as possible and, if necessary, get in touch with you.
As we value personal contact with our customers very highly, you can meet us at one of the numerous trade fairs and events and have the opportunity to get to know us and our products better. You can find more detailed information about our trade fair appearances on our homepage.

I've been with the company since August 2013. I started with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, during which I got to know all the different departments in the company and the office. My current area of responsibility is customer service, where I can put my knowledge from the other areas to good use. Above all, good communication with customers and colleagues and variety are important to me.
My favorite frame is a photo frame that sits on my desk. Because it's so practical, I can easily change the picture after every vacation.

I have been since 2022 at the company HALBE. I became aware of the company through a job advertisement that immediately appealed to me. Customer satisfaction and customer-oriented work are very important to me. But I also attach great importance to quality, which you can feel not only in our frames, but also in my dealings with customers and colleagues.
My absolute favorite frame is an aluminum frame in black. I have a 910 x 910 mm frame with an art print hanging at home. My favorite moments are conversations with Okan. He always has a crazy story up his sleeve.
Okan
I joined the team in 2017 on the recommendation of a friend. In my day-to-day work, customer satisfaction and good on-site advice play a major role for me. Here I can respond to customers and their needs in a completely different way. Every day I am fascinated by crazy artists, unconventional gallery owners, renowned customers and exciting exhibitions.
My favorite among the frames is undoubtedly the Classic.

I have been working for HALBE since 1995. I was already working here part-time during my studies, then Heinrich HALBE needed support in marketing and so I got my first permanent job. After David Halbe joined the company in 2015 and has been primarily responsible for marketing ever since, I switched to product management. I'm motivated by our products, the team spirit and the fun at work - we don't miss out on that.
My absolute favorite frame is only 65x65mm, really the smallest of the big ones. A Classic in matt silver with Artglass glass and passepartout. The frame was a wedding present from my work colleagues and shows my wife and I at a barbecue in my parents' garden. I still have no idea how my colleagues got hold of the picture, but this miniature magnetic frame has had its place of honor ever since.

Still very new at HALBE, but already in the thick of it! I found my way here through the recommendation of a friend - luckily, because I felt at home right from the start. I work in customer service, but have already been able to get to know all the production steps. This has given me a great overview and helps me to understand our customers' questions and wishes even better. In my day-to-day work, structure and careful work are particularly important to me - this ensures clarity and good results.
My favorite frame? Clearly: the photo frame in natural oak. I like the warm radiance of the wood - it simply always fits.

Romie
Since 2024 i have been part of the HALBE family - my goal was to train as an industrial clerk. Through family contacts and the proximity to the site, I finally came across HALBE - and immediately became curious. I am a permanent employee in the office, but was also allowed to work in production for four weeks during my induction period. That was super exciting and helped me to better understand the processes and background. In customer service, friendly interaction is of course the top priority - having an open ear and providing customers with competent support is very important here.
My personal favorite frame is the CLASSIC Alu 8 in white - simple, elegant and versatile. A highlight in my first year was definitely that I was able to take responsibility for my own customer early on - including project planning! What was particularly great was that he even opened a store in which our frames have now found their place.
