Delivery information

HALBE Delivery: Small goods via parcel service, large goods via logistics service.

Everyone knows this: You’ve ordered something online and either you’re not home when the package is delivered or you’ve just missed the carrier. Help us get your order delivered quickly and safely! The shipping costs can be found at www.halbe-rahmen.de/en/payment-and-dispatch. On this page, we also provide you with additional information on the delivery of your goods after shipping and to fast delivery services, which you can still postpone after you receive your order confirmation for deliveries within Germany (without islands) in order to shorten the transport period. The duration of the transport mentioned below at the respective transport service provider is included in the delivery time, which is stated for the respective product.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 6-8 days, for deliveries abroad within 8-10 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed prepayment after the date of your payment). Please note that no delivery will occur on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.

 

 

Goods are delivered one or two days after the shipping date. For a guaranteed parcel delivery the following day (Mon-Fri), HALBE can also arrange an overnight service "Garantie24" for only € 7.90 incl. VAT (€ 6.63 plus VAT) upon receipt of the order confirmation. 

Depending on the shipment status, you can also track the delivery of your order online. After shipment, choose from the following FlexDeliveryService options on the GLS website:

- Pick desired delivery date (up to 6 days from shipping date)
- Change delivery address 
- Delivery to your preferred parcel shop (Shop-Suche)
- Self-collection at the GLS depot (search shop)
- Granting of a signature release authorization (Signature realease authorisation)
- Delivery in the evening / on Saturday (only in certain postcode areas. Areas where this service is not available are not selectable)

If you don’t wish to use any of these options, your order will be delivered to your delivery address. If the driver cannot reach you, he or she leaves a notification card in your mailbox with information on where the parcel was delivered, either with a neighbour or at a nearby GLS PaketShop. In exceptional cases, there may be a second delivery attempt if the parcel could neither be delivered directly nor with a neighbour, or if there was no GLS PaketShop within 5 kilometers.

In case the second attempt also failed, the parcel is taken to one of the GLS depots where you can collect it yourself. Otherwise Halbe can also arrange a new delivery attempt (for an extra charge).

Besides standard delivery via GLS parcel service, you can also book the following services for an additional fee:

GLS Garantie24 = € EUR 7,90 inkl. VAT (€ 6,63 plus VAT):
Guaranteed delivery one day after the shipping date during the course of the day (in German excluding islands, Mon-Fri).

GLS Fixed Date Delivery: GLS Garantie24 plus guaranteed delivery before 8, 9, 10 am or 12 pm = on request, depending on the scope of your order.

 

For larger quantities or formats from approx. 700 x 1000 mm, due to size and weight your goods are delivered with Cargoline Logistics.

Goods are delivered up to three days after the shipping date. For a guaranteed parcel delivery the following day (Mon-Fri), HALBE can also arrange an overnight service "NextDay” for only €16.72 (€19.90 incl. VAT) upon receipt of the order confirmation.

Please note: Logistics shipments are usually bulky and heavy and delivered “free to kerbside”. Depending on the spatial conditions, shipments can be unloaded and delivered at the roadside, often they can also be delivered to your door, a garage or else. This is left to the discretion of the driver and can only be decided on the spot. Unpacking of goods and/or disposal of packaging material is not part of the logistics service. Carrying the parcel or palette/s into a building will be charged extra. If you wish to book additional services for your Cargoline delivery, please let us know with your order, in writing or via telephone.

Besides standard delivery via Cargoline Logistics free to kerbside, you can also, depending on your ordered goods, book the following services for an additional fee (turn to your HALBE contact for queries on NextDay and ServiceLine) upon receipt of the order confirmation:

Cargoline NextDay € 19.90 incl. VAT (€ 16.72 plus VAT):
Guaranteed delivery one day after the shipping date during the course of the day (in German excluding islands, Mon-Fri).

Service Line 1 = € 34.90 incl. VAT (€ 29.32 plus VAT):
Delivery free place of use inside the building instead of free to kerbside, manageable by ONE man, with pallet truck, sack truck or by carrying. Advised via telephone by the destination depot, with up to 30 minutes for delivery from stop at recipient, delivery within 48 hrs. from depot entrance (after prior agreement on date and time).

Service Line 1plus = € 54.90 incl. VAT (€ 46.13 plus VAT):
See Service Line 1, plus take-back and disposal of shipping boxes / pallets of delivered goods.

Service Line 2 = € 74.90 incl. VAT (€ 62.94 plus VAT):
Delivery free place of use inside the building instead of free to kerbside, manageable by TWO men, with pallet truck, sack truck or by carrying. Advised via telephone by the destination depot, with up to 30 minutes for delivery from stop at recipient, delivery within 72 hrs. from depot entrance (after prior agreement on date and time).

Service Line 2plus = € 94.90 incl. VAT (€ 79.74 plus VAT): 
See Service Line 2, plus take-back and disposal of shipping boxes / pallets of delivered goods.

 

For international delivery through a logistics service we use Kühne+Nagel for most destinations. Goods are delivered two to four days after the shipping date. If your parcel was not delivered within this period, your HALBE contact will help you clarify the shipment and track your order.

Depending on the spatial conditions, shipments will be unloaded and delivered at the roadside, often they can also be delivered to your door, a garage or else. This is left to the discretion of the driver and can only be decided on the spot.

Self-Collection
Your goods will be ready for self-collection at our plant. You will receive a pick-up notification email as soon as your order is complete. Self-collection times are from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.

Please note: Your order has been carefully packaged in storage packaging. If you wish to have it collected as palletized goods through a logistics service, please let us know with your order.
