The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece without islands, Ireland, Italy without islands, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain without islands, Czech Republic, Hungary.
No delivery is made to the following foreign islands: All islands outside Germany are excluded from delivery.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
The packaging and shipping costs depend on the size of your ordered frames/accessories and the respective country. The costs are automatically calculated and displayed depending on the country of the delivery address and the contents of the entire shopping cart. If items are delivered free of shipping costs (e.g. samples for delivery within Germany, excluding islands), this is indicated accordingly in the respective item description.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 6 - 8 days, for deliveries abroad within 8 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
