Beside the popular wood profiles oak nature and oak black HALBE takes up immediately a purely white oak wood strip in the profile width 10 to the assortment, which corresponds to a frame width of 13 mm. The wood is painted in a beautiful bright white color, which appears neither cool nor too warm-toned - it is the natural alternative to a white aluminum frame. The surface has an even appearance. The noble grain of the wood shimmers slightly through the opaque white paint and can be experienced haptically. "The white tone of the oak profile strip is bright and clear, clearly more radiant than the rather warm-toned maple white, whose white tone is deliberately not opaque," emphasizes David Halbe, managing director of HALBE-Rahmen GmbH.
Each tree has its own character and transfers it to its wood. The 60-strong team at HALBE pays close attention to the individual production of the frames to ensure that all four strips fit together perfectly in terms of appearance. In order to be able to justify this high quality ecologically, HALBE uses oak veneers as a top layer on finger-jointed solid alder wood slats.
White oak profile - noble and stylish look
A white oak frame is perfect for showcasing, for example, bright fine art prints and black and white photographs, as well as minimalist drawings. In particular, artwork on bright white paper is deliberately emphasized with a frame profile in white oak. It gives the artwork something special and literally raises the radiance to a new level.
